"I went here because I needed my windshield replaced. I called around for a quote, Steve's Glass Services was one of the more expensive ones but not too expensive. One thing every place had in common was that after they got my year, make, and model, they needed my VIN number to narrow down the windshield I needed which didn't end up narrowing down, there were still three options. Steve was getting ready to leave and said he would stay for me could drive up there so he could make sure I was getting the correct windshield. No other place I had called asked that so there was a 66% chance I could have gotten the wrong windshield. I sat in the lobby and read as they replaced my windshield, which took an hour to an hour and a half. After they finished, the vacuumed out my car which I really appreciated. Steve and I'm assuming his wife.. (I'm not 100% sure so don't quote me on that) they were both professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Steve's Glass Services."

"I was traveling on the i80w in Indiana headed to Ohio. As I was traveling coming out of a curved section of the highway a large bird was flying low and flew right in front of my truck crashing into the windshield. It cracked the entire windshield to where I had to pull over. I’m from California and I never seen a bird like that before. State police came out, saw the damage and said I will have to get towed. I later found out the bird that I hit was a blue heron. This all happened on a Sunday evening. I had a live load and it needed to get delivered on Tuesday. The tow truck company that towed my truck was Bill’s Towing. The tow truck driver was great, he suggested to me he knows a guy that replaces windshields and said that he will get in contact with him to see if he could help. Literally the next morning, Monday I ended up calling Steve and told him my situation and that I needed a windshield asap. He said he would have to see if he can find a windshield that fits my truck and get back to me. I was in panic mode because everyone else that I called said they couldn’t get a windshield in 1 day and that it will take 3-7 days (time I did not have). Steve called me back and told me he found a windshield and that he would be able to replace it the same day. He did just that. I had a brand new windshield and was able to make it to my drop off location on time. Thank you Steve for doing what I thought was impossible. You will definitely be my point of contact if I ever need a windshield again traveling through Indiana."
