"Was a great overall experience. 1st time ever having a deep tissue massage. Will made me comfortable and i definitely felt better afterwards. Will seemed to find and focus on troubled areas without being prompted. I will be back, Prices are better with a subscription. I usually steer away from subscriptions, but will consider next time I come in, as long as it auto cancels after the agreed term."
"No stars. ** Staff is friendly, price was cheap, massage was awful. The pressure was fine, it seemed like the masseuse was inexperienced and just rubs cold oil on you. Did not bother complaining at the desk, I wouldn’t come back if it was free. They take away 10 minutes from massage asking questions you already filled out in the form prior to. I honestly would’ve been fine if the massage was “at-least” decent. Don’t waste your time SERIOUSLY. I wish I would have read the reviews!!"
"I looked forward to this massage for over a month. The therapist was sweet, but the work felt lazy. I felt she didn’t listen to what my needs and request were. I was more stressed leaving than when I went in, and I’m now out $95. Bummed."
"I came in due to excruciating pain in my neck and shoulder area. I did my first session with Star who was great. I prefer firm which she doesn’t do I was a bit nervous but I was desperate. It was an amazing experience I was able to move my neck much better than before. I then came back and did another session with Sam and though she had a complete different technique it was as excellent. I felt she really worked on my problem areas and I feel much better today."
"The front desk people were super sweet and personable but it was honestly one of the worst massage experiences my boyfriend and I have had. My therapist didn’t listen to anything I said about where I wanted to focus on and the pressure was terrible. I requested deep tissue and I felt like all she did was lube me up with massage oil. My boyfriend requested light pressure and had a bruise on his forearm the next day because she dug so much in to that area. We got a special price of 90 minutes for the price of 60 but even paying that was hard to justify for the quality of the massage we got."
