"Update (10/23): I just got my last set of lashes filled for my wedding and I had to hop back on here and say a few good words. Suzette has been kind and is a calming person to be around. I appreciate her work! They recently got a new booking site but I think because of feedback from customers they are going to be changing that and I think it's really important to recognize this company listens to their clients. Previous review: Suzette did an amazing job on my lashes and they looked so good. Elite and Suzette are also great at communicating prior to apt and we're sweet enough to move me around because my schedule changed. I'm happy to have been able to refer people here!"
"I was a customer of this facility for a while. My last visit I decided to schedule with a different person for my services for a specific reason. As I walked into my appointment the person I scheduled with was at the front desk on her cell phone & the person I did not want to be scheduled with took me back for my appointment and provided my service. It was almost as if my appointment was not important enough for Suzette and her time so she pushed me off on my previous person. They did not give me a reason why they changed the person I decided on to provide my services. I did not say a word to them. I knew the moment this happened i would not he returning. I scheduled with another person for a reason. Not good customer service as far as I am concerned. I will not be returning back to this facility."
