"I went to Spavia for my first time recently. I scheduled a massage with Ashley and a facial with McKenzie. The massage was the best I have ever had. Ashley was so thorough. My facial was the first I’ve had since before the pandemic, and it was also the best and most relaxing facial I have experienced. McKenzie even extracted a couple blackheads which I didn’t know was part of my package but was very appreciated! I left looking and feeling much better. The serum I purchased is also incredible. Bonus: I fell asleep during both services, so you know it was good. lol."

"Visited Spavia for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. The retreat was clean and relaxing. I loved the little waiting area where you can help yourself to a hot neck wrap or water while you wait for your service. Having never been here before, I chose Mallory on a whim and I'm so glad I did. She was INCREDIBLE and really set the bar high for what a facial should be. Since it was my first time at Spavia, she added hot stones to my arm and neck massage at no charge. Her generosity and efforts to make me feel welcome were so touching. Rarely do you find customer service like that anymore! I left feeling so calm and pampered. Mallory is fantastic at what she does and I highly recommend her. "I have been here before and it was amazing but my visit yesterday was extremely disappointing. My husband got me the rejuvenation package for my birthday and the biggest thing I wanted was the. 80 min massage. I've had many massages in the past and I was just so confused. The face and neck started off great but then each limb I kept thinking it's going to get better. It never did. I felt like all that was happening was I was getting lotion rubbed on my body. I. Finally flipped Over thinking this was the best Part but nope. No pressure at all was applied Again just Lotion being put On my body. When I say no pressure there Was none. My facial lady applied more Pressure on my arms and hands than my massage lady Did. I left there still not relaxed and that package was over 400 dollars. I won't be going back because I can't risk not getting a good Pressure applied massage"
