"My second experience at the Strongsville location was positive with my nurse practitioner Laura. My first experience at the Howe road location wasn’t as pleasant. My nurse was nice enough, but not very informative. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She didn’t massage my areas after my cool sculpting for very long at all compared to Laura on my second visit at the Strongsville location and Laura was far more pleasant and knowledgeable. Laura was happy to share information with me. She massaged the areas very well after my treatment. both locations aesthetically have a lot to be desired for a Medi spa. I could’ve paid a little more and gone to a very fancy spa. In hindsight I wish I had, however so far the results Are as I hoped . I will know more on my second visit results in a few months. Would I recommend Ideal Image to my friends no I would not. I would recommend they go to a fancy spa and be treated with all the fun stuff champagne lemon water, snacks. I will say also that the Strongsville location much much nicer and cleaner inside than the cuyahoga Falls location. Just one more thing Front desk were awesome as well. Wanted to make sure I mentioned that."
"I went to Stephanie for wrinkle relaxer and she was incredible. I left without a mark on my face! She has an incredible gentle hand and I didn’t even know when she was done. I also appreciated her not trying to force conversation and just being professional through and through. She answered every question I had with confidence and I couldn’t have asked for anything else. My face looks great!"
