"He is friendly, but he ultimately damaged my eyebrows. I’m now dealing with huge random patches of missing hair that need to be filled in daily. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and I’m very upset about it. I’ve given it plenty of time to heal (months) to no avail. It’s clear there was damage to the follicle. Furthermore, I highly suggest he starts thoroughly discussing shape and coloring with his clients before beginning anything! My eyebrows came out so much darker than I wanted them and the shape was bizarre + didn’t follow the natural pattern of the hairs. Now I have to pay for laser removal treatments…"
