"I was an esthetics student here several years ago and it was a terrible experience. Our instructor didn't even know skin, she was a cosmetologist. We had fights break out constantly on the clinic floor. Students were bullied for leaving bad reviews so I was too afraid to leave a review back then. I went back for my manicuring license at another school late last year and this same teacher (I checked into it to confirm), Tiana Payne, that I am reading about in this review chain, was an instructor. She came in at least an hour late most days yet we got sent home if we were late as students. She finally was fired for stealing time and verbally attacking students and the owner. This school should really do a better job of vetting instructors."

"I’m giving this school 1 star due to the fact of how they treat their students, there is no way that a teacher should be speaking to their students in a disrespectful manner such as threatening to assault them! That is absurd. This type of behavior should not be allowed nor tolerated!"

"I had been there a number of times for cuts and highlights. They were always good at the highlights. I hadn't been in a while but decided to go back for a cut and it was an awful experience. I sat for over an hour waiting while they took people that came in after me. Once I did get started the woman who cut my hair would start the hen leave me sitting for upwards of 30 minutes. She was on her cell phone and was very distracted. A cut and shampoo and took almost 3 hours. Needless to say with her lack of attention my haircut was awful. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Like I said previously I had good experiences for the most part, but this has left a really bad taste in my mouth and I won't be going back. Maybe a little more attention and listening to o what the client wants would be in order."
