"The staff at this location is wonderful. But I have not had a good experience with the actual services. When I was sold my services over the phone, I was sold too many. Twice as much as I needed and was charged for that. I had 2 technicians tell me I didn't need that many treatments. My technician were great at setting up my cool sculpt treatments but each time there was an issue with the machine and I would have to schedule another service. There was no charge for the rescheduled services. But now I have had 2, basically 3 treatments over a 6-8 month span and there has not been any notable difference. I just had my final review with before and after pictures and there is no difference. My technician was very sweet about it, but she also did not notice a difference. We talk about my expectations and both agreed I had very reasonable expectations of what I wanted to see with the services. We also agreed I would not benefit from more treatments. I feel tricked over the whole thing and extremely disappointed with the results."
