"I started going to Lynn for prenatal massage a few years ago. She is wonderful and always makes sure you are comfortable on the table before the massage starts. I even had a massage from her on my due date! I like that Lynn gives me choices on what essential oils I would like to use. Most recently I had a relaxation massage incorporated with cupping to help me heal from an L5 injury. Cupping is new to me, it gives a different sensation, and I love how Lynn can incorporate it into a massage upon request! Her space is relaxing, quiet, and very clean. I would recommend Massage Principles to anyone and everyone for your self care needs!"

My favorites are relaxation massage and reflexology. Her massages are just exactly what I need to relax. She has helped me with sore shoulder muscles and to help me with sleeping issues.
