"Do not get your child's ears pierced here. My daughter didn't feel right after it was pierced. After a month of having it in she pulled the piercing out with hair and a cotton ball that she said was in there since the piercing. Caused a trip to statcare and a fever. Not sure what protocol is with safety but make sure those piercing guns are sanitary please. She is 15 and I'm happy she old enough to say something and advocate for herself. I won't be going back for anything."

"We had my granddaughter's ears pierced at the Belden Village store in North Canton. She's 8 years old and was very scared. It took three trips to the store to get it done. She would have chickened out this evening also had it not been for the skill and incredible patience of the Claire's employee named Robin at the Belden store! Thank you Robin!!!!"

"Prices are amazing and there are many good and cute items. However the ear piercing here are not it. They pierced my ears a couple years ago so low that when I went to Piercing Pagoda, they are surprised that it hadn’t ripped right through my ear. Last year I got my second ones done and I took them out for a week after having them in for 4 months, they closed up. I think their should be more training involved."
