"I just wanna say you guys disappointed me so much and it was something that meant so much to me, which was my baby girls first piercing ever. My 6 month old I took a couple months ago now she’s 12 months and the REALLY expensive earrings I got, had gotten lost because your manager refused to believe that the back of the earring had gotten lost and she didn’t give me another one. So on-top of losing the earrings they also, had gotten infected and now her ear holes are closing up and I had paid over 100$ for this whole thing! I’m so upset you guys took something that I was so excited about and ruined it for me plus took my money! People used to tell me never to go to Claire’s but, I wanted to give them a try and now I will never go back. But in then end you guys got your money and it’s not like you care at all about customer service. So thanks a lot for nothing."
"I got my daughter's ears pierced here. 2 days later one of them popped out. This is also the same ear that the piercer got the piercing gun stuck. They refuse to do anything if I don't have the paperwork. However, they never mentioned anything about needing to keep the paperwork for anything upon checking out."
