"They ignored me. I'm an elderly crippled woman and the heavy set lady, the one I had an appointment with TOTALLY IGNORED me when it was time to cut my hair. The young girl was very sweet but busy. The older, very loud woman discriminates against the handicapped. I'm looking into reporting her to the Americans with Disabilities agency."
