"Ehh customer service, I only like talking to certain ladies because they’re super knowledgeable and there’s others who have tried to help me but don’t know what they’re talking about. I came at 10 o’clock to try and get a hair color when it clearly says that they open at 9 and the lady dead looked at me through the window and said that should open in 15 more minutes.. like your times say your open at 9 hello!! I can an hour later!!"
