"In this day and age of promises of results from various treatments, I entered my brow threading with skepticism. However, from the first message with Elham to the initial consultation and threading, and finally - my subsequent regular visits, I have been more than pleased with the results. Every possible part of the process I found Elham to be concerned for any discomfort I might find with the process (which I did not think any more than that doing tweezing or waxing) and that I was happy with the outcome. The results exceeded my expectations - and my case was a bit of a challenge after having lost most of my brows due to some medications I had to take. In fact the results are so much more pleasing than anytime I have had waxing previously. Elham's professionalism and positive demeanor also make the experience a very pleasant one.... "I visited this business for the first time, after discovering it on Google. I was hoping to have my eyebrows, upper lip, and chin threaded. The woman who answered the door indicated that service is offered by appointment only, which is fine. However, she did not even give opportunity to schedule an appointment and seemed generally unfriendly. I felt unwelcome and will not be returning."
