"If you’re going to deal with disabled people treat them with respect first of all! I’ve been sleeping in a power chair for months now, because I’m unable to sleep in my bed. I was approved for a lift chair called this morning and talking to a lady named ( Dawn) she told me hold on she was talking . Since when do we treat disabled people with such disrespect? If this is a case, perhaps Dawn shouldn’t be in this business and perhaps this company needs to watch their employees a little bit better or much better in my opinion. If I could give you less than one star I would!! Buckle up boys and girls. This is a long review. I am a patient of multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis. This is a company that has denied me. Even a way to take a bath by denying me wipes to clean myself. It also let me add my husband has multiple sclerosis they brought a bath chair set it down in the bedroom, and expected him to do it himself . It’s appalling to me I have to wonder if if they’re doing people like myself That are coherent how then I have to ask myself are they doing people that are not so it’s time to speak up and speak out. Learn your job. Really simple you probably shouldn’t be in this line of work."

"I forget the name of the lady that helped me but she was very nice! Went in for a pair of wrist braces. They did not have the left one in my size in stock but got it shipped up from Canton the next day. Great service. They had non-stop phone calls for the 20 mins I was there so apparently they are always busy! So keep that in mind if you stop in or give them a call."
