"They were charging me $75 a month for Imvexxy using a coupon rather than my insurance when my insurance approved my preauth. Initially my copay was around $2. I have Tricare so things get a bit confusing for some companies but this was ridiculous. Initially it took them 3 months to figure out how to even run my insurance which I had to walk them through. Then more problems a few months later. They said my insurance wasn't paying after it was approved for the next 12 months. Insurance kept saying it was covered. Due to my physician I was under the impression that I could only get this medication from Medcare. Finally after I'd had enough of the run around I called again. I was told many things by several people from it is covered with 0 copay to its not covered but you've been getting a deal with our coupon. I got in touch with the right department at Tricare and they said that Medcare ceased trying to run my script a year ago. They did see that on the last day I called however that Medcare charged, was covered 100 percent but then reversed the charge to insurance and AGAIN charged $75 to my card. They are incredibly disorganized and caused much grief and physical suffering with their incompetence. I hope someone relevant to their company sees this and understands the importance of thoroughly teaching their staff about various types of insurance, especially Tricare. Not everyone can afford their mistakes."

"Holy smokes this place is an absolute joke! If I could give zero stars I would! I have now called three times to have my medication refilled and they have yet to even begin processing it. They have now made go 7 days without my medication due to their incompetence. When I spoke to the pharmacist and Service Rep they both rudely just say that it’s not their problem and I’ll get it when they get around to it. I am literally self pay out of pocket and they cannot figure out how process a cash order! This place is beyond ridiculous! Thank God I only have to deal with them for one medication!"

"This pharmacy has trouble marking items as automatic refill and doesn't ship items. They also don't seem to look at patient notes to see when a doctor has updated or continued the medication until you call them. They don't get enough product and have items on backorder. I've had to call them three different times to get medications since we started using them the end of December 2020."

"Not great. My prescription was placed here, instead of at my usual pharmacy, by my doctor (not sure what happened there), but I decided to use them anyway. I got my meds within a reasonable time. However, when I called to refill the prescription, the automated "press 1 to refill" did nothing. I tried twice and then had to wait for an operator. On hold. For a long, long time. When they finally picked up, it sounded like I was calling long distance even though this place is not far from my home. There was a lot of static on the line and the representative was hard to hear. She told me they were out of the medication, and to please call another pharmacy to get the prescription transferred. This was a completely unhelpful experience. I am going back to my regular pharmacy. I am giving the second star only because the initial prescription process was fine. Just the refill was terrible."
