I only wish they had a drive thru but I still choose this location over others nearby because of the personal service we’ve gotten through the past couple years from Jerry and his team."

"Completely unacceptable customer service. They had my prescription waiting for a week but never gave me a call (automated or otherwise). I had to call them to figure out the situation. When I did call them, I had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to answer. They told me they needed my insurance information and that it would need to go through a prior authorization. When I asked why they hadn't called me sooner, I was told verbatim by a very impatient pharmacist or technician, "We don't do that." Just bizarrely and unnecessarily rude."
