"2nd time I went through drive thru the inturn didnt give me all of my scripts. They were there he just neglected to put the in the bag . Now I have to drive from Seville to wadsworth giant eagle to pick them up AGAIN! And all I get is a coupon for $5. It costs more than that in gas."

"Unfortunately I've experienced nothing but carelessness and rudeness at this pharmacy. They seem to get my prescription instructions and dosage wrong every time I go to pick it up. It's always different. Then when I try to explain to them politely that its wrong they become irritated annoyed and do not take responsibility for the mistake. I have had to have my Dr. Call almost on almost every refill to clarify the dosage and instructions. Its a bit ridiculous. Also the drive thru is never open and the line inside the store is usually 10 people or more. 1 cashier at the pharmacy is extremely slow and can only get through 1 customer every 30 mins. Its absolutely ridiculous."
