"They have put my child in danger, and charged me $30. They signed me up for their clinic but when I arrived, they were closed up. I was charged a $30 cancellation fee. Now today, 10/28 at 330, the female pharmacist said the Paxlovid my doc put on file for my disabled child could not be filled. He is back to school, so covid was likely and they put it on file. They refuse to fill it, first saying they don't carry it, then told me it's expired. Called the doc, it's not. Now we don't have time to get it filled elsewhere. I am in a wheelchair so it's not like I can drive around. Is this eugenics or incompetence? What do you have to gain by lying and hurting my little boy?"

"Today I thought I would try the pharmacy for a flu shot, with an appointment. It started with a 10 minute wait in line to check in, then I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I am so frustrated that an appointment time means nothing. The vaccination services should not be so heavily advertised, if the staff is unable to handle it."

"Would give a zero if able to. Worst experience I’ve had in a while with times and getting it fulfilled. Then go to pick it up at 1 on a Friday and they were closed! Does everyone have to eat lunch at same time! That decision is unreal! Whomever makes that rules to close instead of stagger I would love to chat with"

"If I could give 0 starts I would. lines are always super long they never can get meds done on time. I recently had a problem with my medication due to insurance codes they didn't have they advised me to call my insurance to get it fixed. I called insurance was in the phone over an hour and they called the pharmacy to help them get the right codes the pharmacist flat out told the lady from the insurance that she doesn't know how to do what the lady told her to do and hung up on her. Then when insurance lady called back kept getting hung up on by said pharmacist. Then I called to get medicine transferred to another pharmacy because they have been so incompetent lately when receiving pharmacy called to transfer over my prescription the lady pharmacist said I didn't have any one file after calling and talking to a man named Matt the prescriptions got transferred. It is one thing to hang up on customers but to hang up on insurance reps because you can't do your job right is unacceptable. Not only do we wait 20 minutes in line for meds that are not ready but the unprofessionalism is getting out of control. Then to lie about medicine scripts to another pharmacy this place is getting worse and worse"

"I was just diagnosed diabetic after becoming pregnant and have had issues for everything insulin related from the meter to needles and refills. No one communicates to the point my script for needles was ready but they said they were out of stock. Call back and they said they have them drive back up and being told by my doctor they are in and by the one employee they are there at his desk. Get there the lady says they aren't in stock I tell her to look on the pharmacists desk and there they were. Tried to get a refill on insulin after the doctor said they sent a new script over since I've been adjusting my doses higher to get me to normal. They wanted me to wait 10 days for a refill saying the insurance won't cover it... So I offer to pay out of pocket with the assurance of a refund and they still only give me the bare minimum instead of the entire refill. Absolute waist of time if you need important medication do not go here there are a disrespectful joke."
