"This pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers! They know you by name when you pull up and even remember my 3 littles. They will call you if anything isn’t covered or too expensive and tell you how to go about it before anything is done. I can’t say enough good things about them! The pharmacy is far for me but I will always make the extra drive just for their services!"

"I’ve never posted a google review before, however I took the time creating an account so I could share with others our experience. Incredibly disappointing and irritating, especially from a local small business. The long and the short of it is I was told multiple different things from the staff to which my wife and I reach out to our insurance, to try and get to the bottom of what appeared to be an issue between insurance and the pharmacy. We are a large family and have plenty of experience having to fill medications and have an idea of when something seems off. Ultimately we conference called insurance and Walton pharmacy to confirm everything was correct. When given new information from the woman who answered, we shared this was the 3rd different explanation we had received. It wasn’t adding up, and insurance stated they covered. We hadn’t even had a chance to verify numbers yet. The woman from the pharmacy hijacked the call and said if we didn’t “like it” we could transfer, several times in a row, and then she hung up on the insurance rep. and myself. I seen a review from recently that encapsulated my experience with individuals who seemed they’d rather not be bothered. As much as it pains me, go to Walgreens or Kroger. After transferring to another pharmacy and sharing why, they shared they are constantly getting their business. Surprise."

"In the past I would have rated Walton pharmacy a 5 star but, in the past year I have not received very friendly service. Almost seems they don't want to be bother with answering the phone to refill my prescriptions. I now cannot order my medicine by automated phone service which was very convenient for me late at night or times when they are closed. I have been told for mths now that their phones are broken and will be fixed soon. They now are using and app/website to order prescription that only seems to work half of the time! Noted I have been a customer for years but, disappointed at service now."

"Despite the couple negative reviews (which I highly doubt have any validity) every experience I have had with them has been wonderful. They are quick, polite, friendly and remember their customers, even their new customers, they remembered me by the third time I came. They always tell me it will be 10-15 mins for my scripts, but are always done faster, at anytime of the day, even when they seem busy. I have heard a few comments on the main pharmacist's attitude but that was a couple years ago and everyone I know who uses them loves them. And I never write reviews, actually this is the first one, and I felt need to comment because they don't deserve the bad reviews and actually deserve more good ones."
