"This place needs real doctors not what they have,every single time I go to see them,I wind up on 2 antibiotics than after being seen here twice,I goto the hospital could not breathe from bronchitis I’ve had, the hospital has me follow back up with them, Stephanie White, blows me off by saying I need a pulmonary doc lol when I haven’t been sick for a yr maybe these people need more education on treating people cause they haven’t helped me!!!! Will never ever come back here again!!! Horrible but they get a way with it we just pay for services rendered!!!"

"I’ve always had fabulous experiences at the Walton Little Clinic. They’ve seen me as a walk-in before when they’ve had availability and as a scheduled patients. The PAs and ARNPs have always been professional, great listeners and have given me quality treatment. LeeAnn at the front desk is my favorite. Always kind and friendly. I’ve seen some lousy reviews for this location but that’s never been my experience in the five + years I’ve been coming in. If we’re going to be fair to EVERYONE, including the LC, they only have so many appointment slots per day, whether you’re a walk-in or whether you schedule online/in app. They close everyday for lunch because they literally don’t get to eat if they don’t. Neither of those seem unreasonable to me."

"We Love Little Clinic in Walton! My husband has seen them yearly for physical. Lee Ann has always been nice and friendly. Helped with registration. Julia was professional and informative. We will definitely be back. It's nice to deal with people who care!!!"

"booked our appt online so that we could get in no matter what. When we got there, there were 2 people in front of us. I walked to the Kiosk so I could just enter in my confirmation numbers for us both. The receptionist says " You can just wait in line and I'll get you". I said it's ok I already signed up online. Then the NP comes out as I'm finishing my registration part on the kiosk, reaches over me, backs me out of the screen and says "You're not special even though you have an appointment. You don't get to skip the line. ". Then told me to wait in line like everyone else. I said why do you have a kiosk if we're not allowed to use it? She said it's for Walk-ins only. Mind you there's a sign that says "Please sign in with your confirmation # by using the kiosk" right in front of the NP's face. No one ever apologized or confirmed the right way to do things. Then she proceeded to make us wait 30 more mins after the last patient was done. I guess appointments make them mad?"

"Lazy and dishonest is the best I can say. Walked in to be told "We are all going to lunch for the next 30 minutes. You can make an appointment for 4 or 4:30." It was 1:45. Didn't ask what I was there for. Showed no sign of professional behavior. I recommend going to the emergency room over this location!"
