"On hold for 45 mins. Every time it starts to ring I immediately heard music all over again. Eventually the main operator picked up the call and transferred me back to pharmacy. The staff is slow and rude. Taking painful amounts of time to get things for customers. Either the pharmacy needs to hire more competent people or just hire more people."

"I'd give no stars if I could. I'm not one to usually leave reviews, negative ones at that but I've never had so many issues with refilling my prescriptions. I've called in 2 medications yesterday and apparently they never refilled them. They 'didn't receive the refill' and this is not the first time it has happened. This has happened multiple times. Not only that, they seem bothered or don't care when things like this happen nor try to apologize. They treat my mother terrible as well, they have asked her if she 'doesn't know how to fill her prescriptions online/over the phone' rudely when she has come in to ask for her refill. Older folks tend to rather not do that, so that is extremely unprofessional. Not to mention that half the time they never receive the refill when you call it in or do it online. I work in Healthcare and all I can say is, I would never treat a patient in that manner. If you are unhappy with the work, please switch jobs."

"I'm new to the area and I've had my prescriptions transferred from my old Krogers. I loved my old Kroger's pharmacy, everyone was nice, helpful and kind. The Harrison Kroger's pharmacy is NOT helpful and they are curt. I've had to go back three time to get one prescription because they can't seem to transfer my profile correctly, they've made me wait repeatedly, and I just found out they still need to order my medication, and I have to come back a fourth time. I don't have time for this nonsense."
