Kroger Pharmacy

"Pretty sure the folks we just saw are racists. My mom was trying to pay for my lactase tablets with her HSA card. We were only able to do this before at the pharmacy checkout counter and not the regular one (as we were told to do before). Times are hard so we needed to use the HSA card instead of regular debit or cash. It was close to closing time, but we didn’t know that they closed at 8pm. However, there was still time for us. A customer was already at the counter, but as soon as my mom came over this lady who may be a manager started shuttering the gate. She then turned my mother away then asked what she wanted after seeing her one item and tried to talk her out of trying to get it. She said it probably wouldn’t work at the pharmacy, even though it did before. My mom didn’t argue. The current customer proceeds to argue with them as they continue to serve her and try to get whatever she needs, ignoring my mom. Then, they shut the lights off on us. Mind you it is only us two with one item and the current customer. I can be understanding of it being the end of the day, and everyone wanting to leave, but it came off rude as she was dismissing my mom and cutting off the lights on us even though we still have more time. Yet, they babied the rude customer. It would have been more forgivable if the worker just said “We’re sorry. We’re about to close and this is our last customer for the night.” Instead of immediately dismissing us and babying this rude customer. I get they might have not been able to open up another register and quickly ring us up. It could have taken more time, but the approach taken was rude. Then, on our way out the store checking out the rude staff member wasn’t paying attention and almost walked into my mom. She was too busy talking about us to the other staff member saying “ I mean we close at 8.” Keep in mind we never protested and simply left after they cut the lights off on us while kissing the other customer’s behind. We’ll probably never be coming back. Oh yeah and you can guess the difference between the staff, the customer, and us based on my first sentence. Being sick and feeling awful with my injury made this boil my blood more."

"Stood in line for over an hour for a prescription that should have been ready at 4:00 I did not leave there till almost 6. I'm back is so bad I was crying in pain by the time I got to my car. Never again Walmart will have all my business for now on."

"Washington court house store, is one of the worst, I have ever shopped at. Most of the time the shelf's are HALF empty. I can find anyone that works in the delli. Needed to get some drugs refilled. Headed for the drive thru, at 7:30 and it was CLOSED. IS IT THE MANAGER OR WHAT."
