"It ain't broke please don't try to fix anything."
"Major surgery. In pain. Surgeon called in 3 prescriptions. Kroger calls and says our prescriptions are filled. Get home and the pain patches are not there. Call the pharmacy and they say “we figured it was cheaper for you to buy them over the counter, so we didn’t fill them.” …. That is only helpful if you TELL THE CUSTOMER. So back home, still in pain, waiting for my husband to get back from Kroger."
