"In the past I have struggled to find a massage therapist that was able to consistently apply the amount of deep pressure needed to relieve my pain. Kristen met and exceeded those expectations throughout the 90 min she worked through the issues that are my back and neck. Along with deep tissue she utilized various stretching techniques as well. I had never had cupping done but after hearing her speak of the benefits I am comfortable adding it into my care routine. I immediately scheduled my next appointment and I can't wait to return!"

"I have been to many massage therapists over the years, and I could not be happier with the care I receive from Kristen. She has magic hands, and is very intuitive in targeting whatever trouble spots I may have. At my first visit several months ago, Kristen immediately put me at ease, and really listened to my issues, which she addressed thoroughly and competently. She is fun to talk to, but instantly respectful of times I am quiet (usually relaxed and nodding off). Kristen's care and compassion have helped me through a really challenging time in my life, and I could not have been the caregiver I needed to be without her relieving my knotted and sore muscles. I could go on and on singing Kristen's praises, but suffice it to say that I have found my massage therapy home."
