"Been going to Great Scot pharmacy for about a month now after changing pharmacies- I noticed that chain pharmacy staff members, at least the ones Ive been to here in Findlay, look and act miserable, which is sad. I had a horrible experience at previous chain pharmacies, they are typically rude, don't care about the patient. Notably Kroger on Tiffin Ave and Walgreens were both really bad, they were really rude. But Great Scot has been wonderful. When I switched, the first time I walked in they all said hi to me, in a cheerful way I guess, and the staff just look happier, which you can tell means that they enjoy where they work. The staff is kind, professional, and the pharmacists are nice and knowledgeable. Also, the inside of the pharmacy is very spacious! Walgreens and Kroger felt crammed. Great Scot is a farther drive for me compared to my old pharmacy but WELL worth it. Highly recommend."
