"What a let down. Took out two small children on a Saturday morning and our daughter was very excited to have her ears pierced. We waited outside in the cold for about 20 minutes and finally gave up and decided to head to piercing Pagoda. All of the other stores were open at 10:00 am except for Claire's. The website said they were open. I don't see how they can stay in business if employees don't show up for work??? They are still paying rent for the space so I would imagine the owners wouldn't be pleased to know this."
"The girls there are amazing! Great customer service and all very friendly! Was uneasy about getting my ears pierced because of what I've heard some people say. But after talking with the girls about my concerns, they assured me that everything was safe and sterile and I was in good hands! The whole experience was amazing!"
