"I have been doing the Brazilian Blowout straightening treatment in the USA for 9 years and unfortunately my hairdresser retired. I had the same treatment at this salon because I had 6 inches of roots that needed treatment to look straight like the rest of my hair and it was the worst and most expensive I have ever had done and you can see it in my photos. What's even worse is that neither the salon nor the hairdresser offer a guarantee on the work. The Brazilian Blowout is a treatment that straightens the hair 100% and the first 3 months you do not need to use a brush or iron for the hair to look straight, not as they say in this salon 75%. I just washed my hair after 3 days to see that I didn't have the results that the product gives due to poor application. I called the salon and the response was firm that they do not guarantee their work and if I wanted to apply the treatment again, I had to pay again. I do not recommend at all since it is a waste of money and time. They have good service in the Salon, but not good knowledge of the use of Brazilian Blowout products, which have excellent results if they are applied well."

"What a cool little salon! Everyone here is so nice. Shannon did my hair for my wedding & not only did it turn out excellent, she made me very comfortable & was super easy to talk to & work with. The ladies that did my bridal party’s hair were also very kind & did a great job. Everyone was super happy with their service. They’re not my regular salon but I might have to change that soon. I’m very impressed."
