The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude when I was nothing but nice to her while trying to get things sorted out. I ended up having to speak to a higher up to get my prescription filled, which WAS covered by my insurance the entire time. Not sure if she's pocketing the money or what, but something was not right about her and I will not be using this pharmacy ever again"
"Jenette (not sure on spelling) was absolutely awesome! I had a problem with my grand daughter’s prescription and the insurance. She went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed and made suggestions that made all the difference in making sure she had her medicine right away! If the person I talked to earlier about the situation would have been more caring we wouldn’t have had to wait an extra day! I so appreciate her and her willingness to help!
