"I went her for coffee and a quick snack before work. There was no acknowledgement when I entered, no hello or good morning. I was leaning towards a donut but they looked old and hard. Then I thought about a hot sandwich but was worried about how old they were. I looked at them but I didn't touch them or pick them up. I did get coffee..Carmel Macchiato..which actually tastes like nothing. Maybe the dispenser needs to be refilled or something. The location is convenient for me twice a week so I will probably end up here again...unfortunately."

"Why do you have 2 employees working tonight that dont even know how to work the lottery machine? Then they both argued with me that they dont have progressive ez plays? Loudly and very nasty from the female employee there tonight. I work with an OHIO LOTTERY machine all day..for many years. Ive bought them here. Circle K on Day Dr does not have a different terminal than everybody else. Perhaps TRAIN them on customer service, attitude and tone of voice, and the lottery! Customers really dont like being told they are wrong when everybody on the other shifts know it."

"If I can give -0 I Sherwood not the workers fault but I was charged $.79 for a cup of ice. It’s the same size as the polar pops any size and it is marked on the pop machine $.39 for ice.SMH this is what I’m goin to do from now on because I am surely getting tired of getting ripped off."

"Was at this location a couple weeks ago to purchase gas. The line was to the door while the manager Ness, sat in the back on her phone. She finally came out looking like she hated her job and everyone in the store. Every time I go in there, which is not too often, I witness the same kind of thing. This is the worst circle k I have ever been in and I feel the store manager has a lot to do with it. She needs to be let go!!!"
