"I go here everyday for lunch and I always get spicy tuna sushi roll. The guys in the sushi area know my order and if it isn't ready by the time I show up they make it for me on the spot. Amazing customer service, this is by far my favorite place to get food everyday. I'll see you guys Monday!!!"

"Well, we were excited to check out Heinen's, great ratings and all, and, we found the stores to be very well laid out, beautiful presentation, very nice meats and seafood, although very high priced, nice bakery and produce and wonderful wine and cheeses. The problem.....customer service was abhorrent. We unloaded all of our groceries, ready for check out when the cashier told us to move all of our items because his computer was having problems.....sorry. I was in disbelief that he just walked away without offering to assist us, we had a lot of groceries. Really. Then, as we left, an employee told us to return the cart after we were done! Why? So he wouldn't have to collect the shopping carts from the parking lot?!??! It wasn't until much later that our daughter told us that they load the groceries for the customer. There were no signs, no way for us to know the protocol. What a negative experience in such a nicely done store. We will not return."
