"Have been going to this barbershop for years and I have yet to find another that remotely compares to it. I am not a style conscious guy, but I am constantly being complimented on my hair cuts and being asked where I get it cut. Several people have started going to Market Heights just because they liked my cut so much and have become regular customers. I know of at least two people who travel over 45 min to go to this barber shop."

"Always feels rushed.they don't even say hello or talk to ya .the hole time. They hurry and wiz thru the haircut.last time the guy hurt my son. He cut my 4 year old hair so low it cut/ burned his head and he was crying the guy didn't stop didnt say anything no sorry nothing. How dare you all. Plus the place is old outdated and disgusting. "This place was my go-to for YEARS. George always knew exactly how I liked my hair cut - I sat down, he cut my hair, I paid and tipped and left. However, things have been going downhill the past year or two - mostly, the wait times. When I first started coming here, I seem to remember three or four barbers working and hardly ever waiting for than 10-15 minutes to get in a chair. However, it seems like there are only ever two now and wait times can be easily over an hour. No big deal, just go earlier in the morning or during the week, right? Wrong. That's what I started to do until, even then, it was just completely out of the question. No matter the day or time, it seems the waiting area is full - which typically means you'll be waiting over an hour. Don't get me wrong; George is great, they do good work, and their prices are in line with any other barber shop. I have no real issue with either of the guys or the shop as a whole. Unfortunately, I just cannot justify this kind of sitting around and waiting for a haircut. I found another barber closer to my home. Maybe some day they'll get some help in there. Until then, be prepared to wait."
