"Nobody answers the phone so you cant book an appointment, and their mailbox doesn't allow Voicemails. Basically theyre just working off of walk ins and wait times are horrendous the middle of the day on a work week. Got turned away at 3:30 the first day because they had one person working and they were closing early. Figured it was a fluke, the next day i walk in at noon on my lunch break after trying to call them in the morning to set up an appointment and the wait time was nearly 2 hours. If you cant run a business just shut down instead of having me dive to your building twice just to figure out if i can get a haircut or not."

"Let me start with some important backstory. For years I’ve had haircuts done by a person who styled what they wanted to see and never let me see what I wanted to see. I recently made a move to Loveland and I had no idea where to get a haircut. I made a mistake and went to (not so) Great Clips and had my confidence destroyed thanks to a grand misunderstanding of how to handle a cowlick or listen to what I’d like to see. So I had to wait for some regrowth and hated how I looked this entire time. Then I was told to try Sports Clips and I stopped by the location in Loveland off Madeira and made an appointment with Heather. First and foremost, Heather listened and sympathized and had a very incredible understanding of how to achieve the look I have always wanted. She also made cuts that were going to be beneficial for me in my journey to grow my hair (also I found out she made notes in my account to let other stylists know I want to grow my hair out and to trim accordingly which was so cool). Since it was my first time I got the MVP treatment which was really incredible to get. When we had finished with that and went back to the chair for the final touches and trim, I was able to put my glasses on and see how amazing my hair turned out. Hair for me has been the only thing I can control in my life and be proud of and to see it look how I knew it could and how it made me feel better about myself made me cry. I’ve never been happier with a cut and I will be returning for touch ups as I continue forward on this journey."
