"I have been here multiple times via walk-in and had a good experience. However, on one visit the stylist Traci was very short with me when I walked in. I felt that I was belittled in a mocking tone with the look of "Why are you here?". I was then subsequently told I could not be serviced due to the closing time. There was only 1 customer in the establishment and it was still an hour before close. Understandable if they could not make the time commitment due to closing, but the stylist's attitude would turn most people off. Salon Lofts is right across the street from here and has a lot more stylists that are available and generally are not short with you. (It also has a higher google review rating.)"
"By luck, I found this NEW INCREDIBLE Barber Shop in West Chester. I took my 12 year old son and it was such an amazing experience. Kristi listened carefully and gave him exactly what he wanted. The space is gorgeous!"

"Need to start out by saying I received my best haircuts at Kennedy’s. I’ve been to a few barber shops in the area and Kennedy’s is my favorite. The service level is incredible. When you go in for a haircut, the barbers and management make it their goal to ensure you are have the best experience while you are there. This is 100% a place you need to try out if you’re looking for a luxury, white-glove service for a fantastic price."
