"In the last few months on a few occasions I have called them during normal business hours several times throughout the day to confirm they have what I need, only to get NO answer. And I mean, calling back over and over throughout a few hour period. So I of course drive up there only to find they do not have what I need in stock. They never seem to have what I need in stock, and these aren't crazy things. I have a hot tub. There's only a few things that are needed. If you need chlorine, they got you covered. But if you need anything else, I'd recommend looking elsewhere unless you can get a human on the phone (rare) to confirm they have it, and even then, I'm not sure I'd believe them."
