"This company is THE WORST. Once you've placed your online order for pickup you never again see your total, you don't get any kind of receipt, either via paper or online, and you can't even view it on their portal in the form of order history. So you can't verify how much was charged to your account, etc. Additionally, they charged me an ADDITIONAL $20, over and above my order total, for whatever reason. I was informed that this fee will drop off in 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS! Who in the world does business like this?!?! This is absolutely not worth the small savings for their groceries"
"Nice new store, nice selection, good value. But - corporate made a MAJOR mistake by over promoting 'self-service' checkouts. The result has been that some of the employees feel that running a register is somehow beneath them. Recently one did everything they could to indicate they did NOT want to ring up my order - not speaking to me, or even putting my items in the cart. Sorry, but I've taken my business elsewhere."
"A new store with very good produce and veggies selection. Always a good bargain with quality products, snacks and wine selection as well. They have added self checkout counters (only accept cards) which is very nice. Overall a nice addition to the Dayton Mall area. The staff are nice and polite."
