"This was my second time getting my hair cut by the owner Mark. Both times, I was specific in what I wanted and still ended up with what seemed like what the barber wanted me to have. My hair is uneven, grows in different directions, and is thinner in certain areas. Again, I made this clear to the barber so that he would take his time and not give me patches or use a lower guard in those areas. The first haircut left my thin area way thinner as he cut it as if it were all the same in density, he cut too much off overall after I stated that I wanted to retain my length & my hairline was pushed back but the fade was great. It took about 5-6 months for my hair to bounce back. The first time I went was me visiting the area because he came highly recommended. Based off of his availability, I chose a day/time & that was cancelled & changed due to his personal obligations. The second time was me actually living in the area and wanting to create a rapport with him, we all know it’s hard to find the right barber, so I booked him again. My appointment was for 10am, he asked to change it to 1130 on the day of the appointment, I showed up 15 min early, and was still seen after my appointment time. I explained my thin area, asked for low taper fade, and length retention. This man gave me a mid/high fade, taking all of my waves/progress away that I worked hard for. As a waver, it was super disappointing to see the final result. My hairline was pushed back, I have several whelps from his sharp clippers that he used pretty heavily and overall, I don’t think the barber is good at taking verbal directions. This review isn’t to deter potential clients, rather, I’m hoping it will be an eye opener of what can be improved with consideration regarding punctuality/professionalism and I would highly suggest showing pictures just in case your barber is faking the funk in knowing what you want. Mark is talented to say the least but he wasn’t able to deliver my simple requests both times. Overall, my experience left me looking for another barber in the Fort."

"Took my son here for his 13th birthday and left highly disappointed. Guy pushed my son's hairline back so far and then tried cover it up with black spray. The owner promised my money back if I did not like the cut, but was no where to be found when the guy finished. I would give this shop 0 stars if I could."

"Don't listen to these reviews all these guys are talented and professional at their job. I would reccomend this businesses over any haircut places like great clips or sports clips. 5 stars out 5 stars keep up the good work guys!"
