"I don’t have words... Disputing a bill is a pain. There is no fax number and emails from scanners evidently get blocked by their firewall. $700 of water in one month clearly points to a leak. Yet, they need a piece of paper signed saying there is a leak, a phone call will not suffice. Even after jumping through all their hoops.... Their technician STILL turned our water off, “by accident because he didn’t have updated information” and “they are sorry”. ITS FINE... I just worked a 13 hour night shift in the hospital, but I’ll wait to take a shower until it’s convenient for them to come back out."

"Harrison Utility has provided my property with service for many years. I have always paid on time, normally several days early, not one single late payment prior to July 2015. Doing the math I have made 131 perfect payments to them. In July the payment was delivered two days late, TWO, so I tried contacting the office just to see if they would be gracious enough or possibly give some leniency to such a reliable customer of theirs. Instead the lady was rude and nasty on the phone. She told me, "late is late and we do not care you have made years worth of perfect payments. In fact I am not even going to bother reviewing your account since you told me it was two days late." My response: "OoooooK, wow, thank you I guess. I am extremely shocked in the way they handled it and just thought they could of been slightly more considerate and appreciative of such a loyal, good customer."
