"My second home.. I home here often but be aware of the mountain bikers on certain trails. I like the Newman trail and it leads to a really nice, free campsite with a shelter and out house. On the other side of the lake there are horse trails. This place is truly my church..I go here to decompress and pray. Love it! So does my dog. There are no restrooms."

"I love this park and lake. Despite the algae bloom officials say East Fork Lake is still safe to fish at/in. Personally every fish I catch I immediately release back to the waters, but if you are planning to keep please double check with the proper authorities before consuming."
"Good place to go to just be outside and enjoy the more "natural" side of life. They do have an excellent and very large beach area. Shallow slope is good for those with kids. During the week this area is relaxing and enjoyable. Weekends get a little crazy!"
