"Good place to get a haircut but if you have to cancel due to a family emergency expect them to still charge you 25$ for a “no call no show” even though you can’t call them because they don’t have their number listed. Won’t be going back. Response 1/19/24 - Thanks for the fantastic response, Brien! I understand the cancellation / no show policy and have no issues with that. I would disagree with your statement of "we also have several readily available ways to contract us to cancel / reschedule your appointment" If you could please show me where that is listed on your website that would be awesome! When I was attempting to reschedule / cancel there was no phone number listed and still isn't one listed so that isn't true. Maybe you could put "You can only reach out to us on social media to cancel". I also didn't receive a phone call before being charged. I received an email 30 minutes after the appointment informing me I was being charged that is all. A little honesty goes a long way. Thanks, Matthew"

"We love this barber shop! Such a gem in downtown Loveland with great owners and a fun atmosphere. Brian has patiently worked with us for about a year to get my toddler, who doesn’t like his hair being fussed over, used to getting regular haircuts. It’s gotten better every time, we are so happy and thankful for him."

"This barbershop is the best one I've been to, not only in Loveland, but in the north/eastern Cincinnati area. Brian gives a consistently great cut, he highers professionals, and keeps a clean studio with some great artwork on the walls. I'm sure Railway Barber Shop would be hard to beat even if I ventured into the heart of Cincinnati for my haircuts. The price is somewhat higher than some shops closer to me, but those shops can't even stand on their own in comparison to Railway. That's why I keep coming back. The quality of the cut easily outweighs the somewhat higher price. Since I'm here I might as well say, my biggest issue with Railway is that I have to book about a week+ ahead of time to get on the schedule. It's a minor complaint and the shop still earns its five stars with ease."

"Railway Barber Shop hits a lot of high notes. Welcoming atmosphere, decent prices, great haircuts, awesome waiting area, and an easy booking system. I don't mind showing up 15-30 min. before my appointment to chill out in the lounge area. Beverages while you wait and a Nintendo Switch to keep people entertained - adults and kids have options. A haircut is $25 (tip not included), that's cheaper than my barber back home in Indianapolis - I cut back on how often I got my haircut in Indy due to the cost increase. For the cost, the quality of the haircut, and that wonderful waiting area it's hard to beat. Check them out if you're in the area."
