"Linda did a fantastic job with my hair. She resurrected it! She had such a positive attitude and was fun to talk to. She paid attention to detail and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. And her highlighting skills are superb. Unfortunately I’m moving soon or else I would totally go back. I got the Groupon and it was definitely worth that at much more. The only issue was that it was a bit hard to find the studio, but when I did it was such a positive experience."
"I had purchased a Groupon for a mani pedi. I arrived to my appointment on time, but her name was not in the call box, and the call pad was not able to call. I called the number listed which is an answering service so no way to contact Linda. After 10 min of waiting and no way to reach her or get in the building, I left and called the same number again. I ended up being charged the cancellation fee (was not called back from my previous two messages). I called a third time asking for a refund, and finally Linda reached me via email. She said her name was in the call box, she didn’t receive any calls, and that she Waited for me (even though I was in my car waiting because it was freezing outside and never saw anyone come out to check). It seemed like a huge misunderstanding but I was undoubtedly there, waiting for my appt, with no way to contact her or get in the building. And then I was highly unsatisfied with her response which made me feel like she was accusing me of lying. I had to call my bank for a refund."
"I wish I could give this a negative 5 star review. I bought a groupon for my girlfriend and tried to scheduled an appointment. I called multiple times and no answer( for a week or so). I finally get a call back and get cussed out over voicemail and she tells me to go find another place because she doesn’t want to accept a Groupon. I hope her business shuts down ASAP. But most of all, as a business owner or employee, whatever she is, she needs to be taught some customer service skills and respect!"
