"Hands down worst customer service in Oberlin, always receive an attitude and a hard time from morning staff and get refused service when I match their attitude, I go to this store more than the employees work there and will never again waste my time or money in this store. Morning staff really seems to really hate their job and life you can tell by how the store always smells like something is rotting in there, might benefit them to find a new career path that helps them not hate life or their job as much. Place is a literal JOKE!"

"Never seen a gas station not check if you're at the right pump. Lady took my money, and put it on the wrong pump. I went in to double check what was going on, and why I couldn't pump gas, and gave no customer support. Lady behind the counter is the most rude cashier I've ever met. Waste of $25, and they'll never see another dime from me again. That is unless they get better management."

"Back to closing at a ridiculous hour for a second time. I imagine it’s because they pay their employees a non livable wage and no one wants to stay up all night for $9 an hour. But idk how you’re gonna be able to keep your customers when you provide unreliable service. The only would be 24 hour gas station along route 20 for miles…must be losing a lot of money…I know you’re losing mine (at one point I’d spend 30-45 a day, now I barely spend $30 a week. Soon to be $0). You leave your lights on, making it appear that your pumps are at least on, but those shut down at 11."
