"If I could give zero stars I would. I directly ordered flowers for Mom's Day by phone. I asked if I was speaking to the person who would make the arrangement, told yes. She was "the manager". Turned out NOT the person, the owner did the arrangement. I wanted the LUSH/Premium Sunny Sentiment arrangement (the photo showed 10 roses in frame and lots of daisies, very very little greenery! ); however I did not want green but dark pink accents, scented if possible, instead and I needed to arrangement to be a low round centerpiece for round breakfast nook table. The LUSH/Premium sells for $80 online. I asked if $100 would be enough "FOR THE ARRANGEMENT". I was told yes. Initially not sure if they had a centerpiece container. So I went out and bought an antique soup tureen. As I was walking to my car I received a call from the manager, she had found the perfect bowl and it would not cost anything extra. (I had offered to pay extra for the container). I ordered the flowers a week in advance. Plenty of time for the florist to get any flowers needed. And told them they could deliver at any time during the week making it easier for them. Two days ago I received a voicemail that the florist had the wrong address. The message said I told them my mom lived in a different town than what I had said. In hindsight I should have taken that as a sign and cancelled the order! Instead I called back providing the proper information AGAIN. The flowers were delivered today- they were nothing like the photo or what I ordered or expected. The owner and I spoke and she explained they have a formula they use and only 50 percent of what you pay ends up being for flowers, over 20 percent winds up being for greenery? Apparently they don't bother to look at the photos or count the flowers in a photo. If you check the first image of the floral arrangement I chose there is less than 10 percent greenery in the photo and I expressly ordered a lush/premium flower arrangement. It was after the fact, I learned the arrangement wound up being done by the owner in the wrong container and had to be moved to the centerpiece container- something she felt would be beneficial to share?? She also shared this was also PROM week when I mentioned the scarce use of roses and/or daisies. While the actual arrangement showed 10(and probably had 12 roses) my order got only 6 roses and not even one full stem of daisies per the owner! Take note of the quality of the roses and daisies too. The owner was not polite at all and hung up on me. IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST - be extra careful to count flowers and make sure the actual flowers you expect and are told will be used are actually written on the order and you verify all BEFORE any work is done. I was so unhappily surprised to see the end product which was sent to my mom. The first photo is the one the manager and I were viewing at the time the order was placed. There was no mention of carnations at any time. The whole arrangement looks wonky or sloppily put together in my opinion. And there is not enough deep pink accent - the ugly green carnations just throw the whole arrangement off balance in my opinion. Definitely nothing like the reference arrangement. I thought I finally found a simple arrangement - I mean daisies and roses with pink wax flowers - how hard could that be? The owner went on about the wonderful antique bowl they used and how I wasn't charged extra for it. Well, I offered to pay extra for the right container (the cheap glass vases are ugly to me). From the photos I can't even see the container!! Mom clearly couldn't even use it on her breakfast nook table, the intended place, and wound up putting it on her kitchen counter. I failed big time with this order."

"Bethel Floral Boutique did my flowers for my wedding. My colors were teal and black and there are not very many teal flowers to chose from. They went above and beyond to match my decorations and create a bouquet that was absolutely gorgeous!!!!! The picture doesnt even do it justice! I could not say enough good things about their professionalism and talent!!!!!"
