"I ordered flowers for my mother‘s funeral when I went into the shop I specifically told them what her favorite color was and they offered a certain type of flower, but they did not say the flowers probably would not be bloomed by time her funeral will be held. When the day came, I noticed that what I asked for is not what I got and once I called the shop and talk to the owner she basically told me that it is not their fault and they would not give me my money back, and there was no type of accountability instead, I was told I’m sorry for your loss and I lost my Mother too.I am extremely disappointed of the service. The shop owner took my money, and never apologized just told me it is not their fault. If you are running a business, and you know that you are selling flowers to people during sensitive times, at least let them know that sometimes the flowers will not look a certain way by the time they are delivered, at least give customers a chance to pick a different option instead of taking their money."
"Great floral, greenhouse and gift store! The main entrance is the gift shop and in the back and towards the right is the greenhouses and garden center. There’s a wide assortment of gifts including candles, wreaths, wind chimes, special occasions cards, books and plush toys just to name a few. The garden center offers almost any variety of flowers. They also have pots, planters and top soil and can make whatever arrangements you desire. The friendly and helpful staff will take excellent care of you! Give them a call or visit for all your floral and gift needs and ideas! Highly recommended! The best florist in Ohio!"
"Beautiful greenhouse with many unique hard to find plants, along with common bedding plants and vegetable plants. The greenhouses are neat and clean and plant displays are amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff too!"
"I had a great experience here. Pam and the staff were amazing. The flowers are beautiful and they made the Valentines purchase very enjoyable. My wife said they were the most beautiful flowers I’ve gotten her. I will be coming back in the future!"
