"This used to be my everyday stopping spot for gas, snacks and cigarettes. Overall it was always a good experience but the tall pudgy gentleman with glasses they have working there shames anyone who buys cigarettes every time they do. I understand smoking isn't good for you but I'm spending my own money on it and don't want to get negative comments everytime I come into your business to spend my money. So now I go to speedway on 42 off of 70 they are great people who are happy to take my business and money evey time no matter what I buy without judgment. Please try training your employees that they are there to check people out and not nag them and disapprove of their purchases."
"I was travelling through Ohio and got very sick -- bad case of motion sickness on a hot, July day. I pulled into the Lakeside Plaza and was sick in the bathroom. When I got out, I needed a place to lay down. The car was in the sun, and too hot, so the only shade was on the sidewalk on the side of the building. Jen & Amy were amazing! Even though they had to take care of customers, they came out periodically to check on me. They brought ice and water, and a wet towel to place on my head. They called for EMS services when they thought I needed to be checked out, and didn't try to get me to exit the sidewalk, as I was in no condition to walk. I rested for about an hour and finally was able to rest in my car when the sun wasn't blasting inside the vehicle. I am very appreciative of the care and concern that Jen & Amy provided me. Excellent customer service -- above and beyond the call of duty! Brett"
