"Purchased custom party supplies back in October for February 1st. Paid a $250 deposit. I got told January 10th she could not make my order and I would get my refund in a week( the 17th) . Never happened. Then it was supposed to be the 20th, Again never happened she said it had to be next week because she had other things to pay. Messaged her yesterday ( the 27th, a week later) and no response but she was posting on her Instagram story. If I ever get my refund I will edit my review but it’s looking like I’m not getting it. UPDATE: SHE BLOCKED ME"
