"My first encounter with Libby was just to stop in her space and ask a question about a possible service I was interested in. She was not very personable, I felt like she was very short with me and a bit irritated. I chalked that up to her possibly having a bad. A couple weeks later I attended her first women’s night out. They gave out goody bags that had coupons for tiny tattoos. So I decided to support a women entrepreneur and use the coupon. Her prices per size of tattoo are listed on her site. First off she was VERY limited in what she is able to tattoo. I had 3 very simple ideas and she was not able to do any of them because they were not in her computer program. Once she found I had a coupon the price of the tattoo went up, from the prices listed on line. Her work is mediocre and faded considerably. I reached out to her to see about a touch up to the work she had done. She told me she could, but would have to charge me a set up fee. So she wanted to charge me again for the over priced mediocre work she did the first time. No thanks! I have multiple tattoos and have never been charged for a touch up that was not great work by the artist. Their are tons of good female tattoo artist in this area don’t waste your money on this over hyped mediocre artist."
