"My nails were uneven, not the shape I asked for at all! The acrylic was thin in some spots and thicker in others. 2 separate people did my nails. One girl filed and put on the tips, then a man took over. In the bright light it looked okay, but the more I looked the worse they looked. I won't go back for a refund or to have them fix them. I wish I had read the reviews first."

"The owner of the establishment refused a refund THREE HOURS after my fiancé and mother went to get their nails done. She got a simple black acrylic full set. When she was sitting, JUST SITTING in our bed, the tip snapped off two of the nails. The nails are soft, brittle, and not at all what she asked for. When we contacted about a refund, we were told to contact the BBB, and LAUGHED AT as we explained what happened, being told “That’s not possible” when we WATCHED the nail snap. This place has terrible quality nails, services, and staff for the price she paid. We will NEVER come here nor recommend this place to ANYONE. Awful."

"Amazing! I got a pink and white ombre sparkle acrylic set. Tom was awesome! He helped me figure out what I wanted for my wedding. 2 weeks later they have survived all the carpentry I had to do on the house im fixing up! Major work! Heavy lifting. No crack no blemish. Just perfect still! Like I put these nails through hell and back with some seriously dirty bone breaking work and still pristine! Looking forward to getting them filled in soon! Pics are when they were done and now 2 weeks later after one hell of a constant beating! By far best nail place ive ever been to! Atmosphere was fun and down to earth!"
