Most recently I just told her I wanted beetlejuice nails and she came up with this beautiful art! I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my nails or felt so comfortable in a nail salon!!! Everyone is so kind and fun to talk too!"

"I really hate to write this, but I am hoping it will improve things. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, I used to get my nails done on a regular basis every 2 weeks I loved them never had an issue. Until recently I came back with a gift card, got a brand new full set and my nails lifted dramatically a day before they turned a week old and I was missing 2 nails by the time I came in for my appointment only a week after getting them done. I’m not going to publicly name names but this tech told me I could’ve probably gone 3 weeks, I don’t want to go 2 more weeks with 2 nails missing or more by that time. I thought it was just a glitch so I happily came back thinking the second time they would be better. Second time getting them done the same exact thing happened major lifting after 4 days and this time they came off so easily they felt like press on nails. I messaged the owner explaining that I was not happy about my nails and that I wanted them fixed. I got my nails done on Wednesday that time and I messaged the owner on Tuesday hadn’t even been a week yet. She told me she couldn’t get me in until Saturday which was fine, by Saturday I only had 3 nails left. She tried to blame it on my cuticles that I just have bad nails but I explained that I’ve never had this issue before so I find that odd. Well she said she would do extra work to my cuticles to make them last. They have been fine this set, but that’s because the proper things were done. The first 2 times my natural nails had been worked on for about 2 seconds then popped acrylic on really fast. I went there for 3 weeks straight spending $60-$70 every time and yes I had to pay to get my nails fixed the last time even though I messaged before a week in saying I wasn’t happy. You are cutting corners and still going over appointment times so I don’t think it’s really worth it. I hope this helps things run better in the future."

"My boyfriend and I went in to get a full set and a simple manicure this morning and had the best time with Bella (my tech, did the full set) and Nadia (boyfriend’s tech, simple manicure). I haven’t had nails since 2017 and the industry has changed so much, I accidentally scheduled for a service i didn’t need, but everyone was really kind about my mistake. All the ladies were great conversationalists and we laughed a lot this morning with them. Truly such a fun time, and I can’t stop admiring my nails from how gorgeous they are. I really walked in with no clue what I wanted, but Bella ran with what little I gave her and really went off in the best way. Can’t wait to come back for a spooky scary set!!"
