"I'll start with the positives (and the reason for the 2nd star), because I hate having to write negative things: - The lady that did my nails gave a great leg rub and didn't rush through my pedicure. - The facility is very pretty and looks new(ish). - Good color selection! - I was able to walk in for a pedicure and only had to wait 10-15 mins (on a weekday early afternoon). Now, the cons: - My big toe nail was cut down so much it bled, and after I flinched and said "ow", the lady tried to keep going at it; that nail is STILL bleeding two weeks later. It hurts like crazy and is oozing despite me wrapping it with ointment. I'd add a picture, but no one wants to see that... - The price! $80 for a simple gel pedicure with no bells and whistles. - My gel is already chipping off and it's been 12 days. For $80, it's definitely not worth it. There are a ton of nail places in and around Green for about the same price (or lower!) that won't leave you maimed, and your gel will last weeks or until you go for another appointment. I won't be coming back."

"The salon offers no options to contact them other than Facebook message, so I sent them my experience and asked for an option for talking with someone at the salon. Whoever received my message on Facebook then “disliked” the message and did not acknowledge it. I have yet to hear from anyone from the salon. My experience: I went to this salon for the first time and was overall disappointed. The idea I had was very different from the product and when I tried to tell the technician that I didn’t like the color, she failed to listen and offered extra coats as a solution. On top of this, I was with someone who also got their nails done and they were rushed into picking a color, then when they offered a color they wanted the technician gave them a color they wanted to use instead of the one my friend had wanted. We both had technicians that were short with us and made us feel less than welcomed. The entire trip felt like we had inconvenienced the salon even though our appointment was booked during a less busy period of time not remotely close to closing."
